Fantastic job. Very personable person. Did exactly what he said he would do. The job is better than I expected. For the price of the job the quality of the work was more than fair.
As advertised, ARS is a craftsman at work. No fancy "pop goes the dent" tools or gizmos. Just a skillful hand, finesse and patience. Very satisfied and impressed with outcome, and a very polite and pleasant fellow to boot! I hope I'm not back again, but will not hesitate if required.
They did an excellent job of removing a sizable dent from my driver's side door. They were on time, polite, and professional. The end result was excellent. Very convenient to get an estimate and schedule an appointment.
How does Paintless Dent repair work?
Paintless dent repair ( PDR) is an art of removing dents without sanding, applying body filler and repainting. Master PDR technician removes dents by gaining access with specialized tools from the backside of the panel.
Once access is gained, he applies very delicate pressure and slowly rebuilds the surface.
Glue Pulling technique of PDR is used in areas where access is limited. For Example, roof rails, rocker panels and c-pillars.
This short video will help you to understand what is PDR and how it is done.

Superb Service! I have to say it was a real pleasure to work with Arslan. He responded to my request on a Saturday night. Who does that? That should tell you about his level of commitment. He sent me an estimate that night and showed up early for the appointment at my home. Arslan repaired a dent that was on a crease and it looks perfect. I would definitely use him again.

Paintless dent repair prices depend on many factors. Such factors are size, depth, location of the dent, type of vehicle, type of metal, and access.
1. Size of the dent.
The size of the dent plays a major factor in pricing. Dents that are size of 1'' in diameter start from $145, 3" start from $225, 5" start from $325 etc.
2. Depth of the dent.
Overstretched metal by sharp and deep dents is very hard to repair. These repairs require special knowledge of metal shrinking that consume more time and energy.
3. Dent location.
Location of the dent also plays a factor in pricing. The dents that are lower portion of the cars aren't the same than ones on upper.
4. Type of vehicle.
Would you agree that working on Bentley, Mercedes, or BMW is different than working on Toyota Corolla. Expensive cars are more sophisticated, and I take full responsibility for any anything that can go wrong while the car is in my shop. High end luxury cars require more skills and knowledge. So that is why the price to repair the same dent on your Maserati will be different from Honda Civic.
5. Type of metal.
Most cars are built with regular steel, which has a "memory". Aluminum is not flexible as steel and doesn't have a "memory". It is very challenging to work with aluminum because it tends to break or crack if PDR not done properly. Therefore aluminum is more expensive to repair
6. Access to the backside of the dent.
Access also plays a significant role in pricing. In some cases, I have to remove trim panels, glasses, remove seats, taillights, headlights, bumpers, and fender liners to get access to dent from the backside. I prefer not to drill/create access holes.
